Wala! began in our home kitchen in 2020, making chili oil for family and friends during COVID. Their love for it inspired years of recipe testing and feedback, leading to our official launch in 2025.

Every jar is made with care, premium whole oils, and our signature chili blend. With your support, we hope to leave our day jobs and make Wala! full-time.

“So good, it’s Wala!” is our story: wala means “nothing” or “gone” in Tagalog—just like the food on your plate.
