Hot Honey

Our take on hot honey brings sweet, salty, and spicy together. We cook our chili crisp formula with honey to infuse bold flavor, keeping crushed peppers and spices in the mix for a drizzle with character.

We start with locally sourced Ventura County honey that is raw and unrefined when we receive it. Because we heat it during preparation, our finished hot honey is a cooked condiment. Supporting local businesses and choosing quality ingredients are part of what makes every jar Wala!

Drizzle it over pepperoni pizza, roasted vegetables, savory breakfasts, or your favorite snack for sweet heat.
